Dan is a chartered surveyor and has been involved in property and minerals for the last 20 years. He farms in Northamptonshire where he lives with his wife, Clare, and two children.

Having been a Committee Member at Huntingdon since 2011 he moved to Warwick in 2019.

Dan is ionate about racing and comes from a family who are fully immersed in flat racing and have Lawn Stud near Towcester. He has broken the mould to become involved in National Hunt

 

Nell Buckler ed the Warwick Board in 2019. With a degree in Economics and Agricultural Economics, she assisted her husband with their mixed farm in Dorset and their National Hunt yard for twenty years.

 

Having moved to Gloucestershire she trained point to pointer and hunter chasers. She has been heavily involved in a grant-making charitable trust for forty years and has been a Samaritan involved in the prison service for ten years.

 

Both of Nell's daughters are heavily involved in National Hunt racing

 

James Davies recently stepped down from his executive and non-executive roles after over 16½ years of leadership within the real estate, land, and investment sector. Over the course of his career to date, he has been instrumental in delivering strategic growth across a diverse range of businesses, working closely with boards, directors, and stakeholders to unlock value and drive long-term success.

 

A strong advocate for social impact, James co-founded the Wigley Fund—an initiative ing the reintegration of veterans into civilian life through partnerships with military charities. To date (Feb 2025), the fund has raised over £185,000. He also chaired the Wigley Community Fund, which has donated over £35,000 to local causes since launching in 2021.

 

With a background rooted in agriculture and rural life, James has a longstanding ion for equestrian sport. He co-owns two racehorses, trained by Ben Pauling, with a small group of like-minded property professionals.

 

Ambrose works in the Sport & Entertainment team at Howden Insurance Brokers where he helps oversee the running of their portfolio of racecourse clients and other horseracing industry associations. He also manages a book of disability business with a particular focus on professional footballers. He has long been a keen national hunt racing fan and ed the Warwick Board in 2024.

 

Cathy became a director at Warwick Racecourse during the 17/18 season. Whilst being involved with Warwick Racecourse, Cathy also drives the community bus and enjoys every aspect of country life. Cathy is mother to Sam and William.

 

Dermot Daly ed the Warwick committee in 2019.Following a Short Service Commission in the Army. He spent many years as an Asian stockbroker.

 

He has always had a keen interest in racing. His first job on leaving school was to work for Captain Forster.

James is a chartered surveyor with extensive experience in both residential and commercial property. He runs a number of businesses related to property investment and development. 

 

James is a ionate national hunt er. He rode as an amateur for 10 years competing in point to points and under rules, career highlights included riding in the Champion Hunterchase at Punchestown and completing the Aintree Foxhunters.
