We are committed to ensuring that our venues offer a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We work hard to make sure that our racecourses are accessible to everyone, regardless of your ability, and provide for your needs during all aspects of our events.
HOW TO PURCHASE AN ACCESSIBLE TICKET AND APPLY FOR A COMPLIMENTARY PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKET?
The documents we can accept include:
- A copy of the awarding letter from DWP or statement confirming receipt of the allowance.
- A copy of the awarding letter confirming receipt of the Personal Independence Payment.
- A copy of the awarding letter confirming receipt of the Attendance Allowance.
Additionally, those who are ed Blind are also eligible.
Please note: only one complimentary personal assistant ticket is available per person.
HOW TO REQUEST A PERFORMANCE INTERPRETER?
ARE ASSISTANCE DOGS PERMITTED AT MUSIC NIGHTS?
Assistance dogs are welcome to attend with their owners without additional charge subject to production upon entry of a valid identification document from Assistance Dogs (UK) or an equivalent international organization.
A separate ticket is not required however owners should notify the racecourse in advance upon booking their event day tickets so that any necessary arrangements can be made. details for each racecourse can be found in the tabs below.

Car parking is available free of charge at Aintree on music nights. Please follow the signage for disabled parking spaces. For directions please visit our Directions, Travel, and Parking page.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREAS FOR HORSE RACING
- Trackside - there are dedicated accessible viewing areas in each stand at Aintree which offers great views of the racing
- Parade Ring - there is a dedicated accessible viewing area next to the Parade Ring
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA FOR MUSIC EVENTS
We offer an accessible viewing area close to the stage in the Red Rum Garden. Please let us know if you wish to book a space in our accessible viewing area for a music night.
We are currently operating a waiting list for our viewing areas, which you will be added to once you confirm your requirements. At this stage, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests but we will use our best endeavors to do so. You will be held on our waiting list and we will confirm as soon as we can how we are able to accommodate your requirements. Due to the popularity of our racing and music events the venue may reach capacity which means we are unable to provide personal assistant tickets. With that in mind, to secure a personal assistant ticket you need to apply for a ticket at the time of purchasing your entry ticket. To avoid disappointment please be prompt in providing the requested documentation. We are unable to accept applications requested less than 10 working days before the raceday. Please note our personal assistant policy does not apply to customers with temporary impairments such as broken bones, healing wounds and women who are pregnant.
Personal Assistant tickets will not be available for anyone who has not purchased directly from Market Rasen Racecourse or Jockey Club Live

CAR PARKING
Free parking is available across the site. Blue Badge parking is available on a first come first serve basis and we would advise getting to us in good time ahead of the gates opening.
Within the Main Public Car Park, the Blue Badge parking is located approximately 50 meters from the main Tattersalls Entrance and approximately 200 meters from the Lawn Enclosure entrance.
There is a drop off point outside the stable yard on Legsby Road this is approximately 50 meters from the Tattersalls Entrance
ACCESSIBLE AREAS
The entrance to each enclosure is located on the ground floor. The Main entrance to the County Enclosure and entrance to the Lawn Enclosure are step free. The Tattersalls and Owners and Trainers Entrance has a slight step.
The floor within the entrance areas are level and have hard surfaces
Hearing Loops are available.
TOILETS
Unisex WCs are available on site within all enclosures. These are located behind The Limber Hill Bar, within Altior's Restaurant (County Enclosure), within AP's Bar, Tote Exacta Bar (Tattersalls Enclosure), next to the Lawn Enclosure Entrance and Opposite the play park within the Lawn Enclosure.

ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA FOR MUSIC EVENTS
For music nights at Sandown Park Racecourse a temporary platform is installed with a view of the stage. Spaces are limited on the platform so we only permit one carer/assistant per guest. Spaces on the platform are pre-booked and allocated accordingly but there are other unreserved areas that can be accessed when the platform is fully booked.

Sandown Park Racecourse has accessible toilets in all areas, with a mixture of RADAR key accessible toilets and toilets where RADAR is not required. Our stewards can access RADAR keys if you don't have one of your own.
