About Jamie Webster

 

Jamie Webster had an incredible 2024. His third studio album, “10 For The People”, hit #2 in the UK charts back in February, his third album to break into the UK Official Album Chart. In a fitting celebration of the feat, he headlined an unforgettable show at Sefton Park to 40,000 fans.

 

Since his debut album release in 2020, he has cemented his place as Britain’s modern folk hero. His relatable lyricism has built a movement around songcraft that distils struggle, finds hope and the tugs at the ties that bind in shared stories of triumph beyond adversity.

 

His headline of Haydock Park Racecourse is the next step in Jamie’s extraordinary journey, from playing pub gigs in the city to headlining some of Merseyside’s most iconic venues. With his hometown being at the epicentre of his success, as Jamie says in his track “This Place”, “My City, My People, My Heart”.
